Hello, I've tried both with TIA and Simatic, it's giving a SF in the CPU. with PIW for simatic and IWxxx:P for TIA. the start address for mine is 288. Attached is the wiring. note that mine is AI 2X12bit. 

2 and 3 are connected to the output of a potentiometer. 4 and 5 as well.

what happened there? when the whole wiring of this system is like that, then the SF on the AI-card is your smallest problem!

What card do you have exactly? MLFB?  6ES7331-XXXXX-XXXX

Just a advice from me: Care about a proper wiring!!!

Hi, the SF is not on AI card, it's on the CPU.

This wiring is just temporary, i'm testing this module dude! :p

and what does the online diagnostic say about this SF? 

What parameters are set in AI-card? 

Did you check the measurement rang module on the side of the AI-module?
