Hello, I found this today and solved the "zero" problem. Now, I want to read the string from the PLC and store it in a DataLog. What I write: JONATHAN At CLP: JONATHAN In DataLog: OJ##HTAN Any suggestion?

Siemens STRING data are not appropriate for datalogs. The first 2 bytes of a string tag are the max and actual length values associated with that tag. Convert string to char array before writing to a datalog. Check the Strings and char instructions for the appropriate string to char instruction.
