Does TIA Portal in V19 still not scale correctly with the DPI settings?

I am using a monitor with high DPI, and TIA Portal is only rendering sharp fonts when set to 100% scaling. However, this results in very tiny fonts and symbols. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from TIA portal is a sole application with blurry fonts on Win10.
