Error 8020AB001992FFF4 while loading a TP700

Loading a TP700 Comfort is now impossible with TIA Portal V19 Upd 2. Siemens says that it is necessary tu use images of TIA V17. Well, with image of TIA V17, loading the OS of the panel to V17 Upd 7 is possible, but when trying to load the project, I got the error message 8020AB001992FFF4. I have exactly the same project in TIA V17, so I tried to load the panel and that was a success. But there is no communication with the CPU loaded with TIA V19................ After doing that, now it is possible to load a project with TIA V19, but still no communication... I think this is a bug of TIA V19, but maybe not so if someone has an idea that should be nice !

I would recommend using the Image Installer from this FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109825750 then install the files for V19 and in this step all the needes Files (additionaly to the single image File)should be present afterwards Bye Murof
