Test & Commissioning Function Active

Hello,

Yes, I had the same problem when I try to change the name of software PLC (see in attachment) and I forgot some Input Forced, they give me the Error "Test & Commissioning Function Active" , after that I was going online to deactivate the Forced Inputs and I was able to download with the new name.

It may be late answer but ı am writing this information for other Siemens users. 

I had same issues several times and I read your topic's replies. So I had format to memory card and loaded program to PLC. It was solution. But finally I realised that there is a bit which is forced. I released force and download easily without formating to memory card. 

 I had the same issue and removing forced values solved my download issue. Thanks so much for sharing

Just format memory card and download again.it will be solved!!!

Check if any force is active or not. If force is active, delete all forces and to download again.

If you are using PLC Sim the simulator does not indicate force LED (Status LED).
