WINCC RT Advanced communication problem with S7 1200 PLC

Hi,

I have tried communicate pc station Hmi RT advanced with S7 1200 PLC. The PLC IP address is 192.168.10.20  and the PC is 192.168.10.200. I can able to add the hmi tags from the plc tag through HMI Connection 1 but when i start runtime, the value shows # value even when plc is online.

I have tried to device proxy but the same problem appear. Is there any way to solve this problem.

I am using TIA Portal V16 with WINCC Runtime Advanced V16 Update 6 and my plc is S7 1200 CPU 1215C DC/DC/DC FW 4.4.

Thanks and turn out the pg/pc interface is not set properly in my ethernet. Now can communicate with WINCC RT Advanced.
