HMI Comfort - Error during loading

I get message with error text: "Error during loading. Contact Siemens Customer Support." I noticed that I have this problem when HMI is connected to factory network. When I disconnect HMI from network the problem does not recur. How can I solve this problem without disconnecting from network? Tia Portal V17 Upd 5 Panel Images V17 Upd 5 TP1500 Comfort 6AV2 124-0QC02-0AX1

As first actions to try to narrow down the problem and see where it can come from I advise you to do the following: 1. Restore the panel to factory settings and re-download the project. 2. If this does not solve the problem, you can try to download a very simple (basic) project to verify that the problem is not on the project side instead of the panel side. Best regards!

Tried several things like recompiling both hardware and software of all plc to which the panel has links to and the panel itself but none worked. Only when I simply stopped the runtime, the download was again possible. Br.

In your case you may go to Start Center > Settings > Transfer > General and set Transfer to "Automatic". Regards, Frink

Loading always worked fine automaticly, now suddenly I had to exit runtime and select transfer. No big changes had been made in the TP700, only a change of text. No compiling errors, when going to the load window it said Error during loading, contact Siemens Support.
