WRITE_BIG in TIA V17

soupzoup Member Joined: 3/11/2022 Last visit: 6/11/2025 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Bevan Weiss The correct way to do this in recent versions of TIA would be: READ_LITTLE / READ_BIG WRITE_LITTLE / WRITE_BIG They operate like the Serialize/Deserialize, but they want to take only an elementary type as the source / destination (respectively). They will do all the byte swapping necessary. I know this thread is old, but where can one find these function blocks? They don't seem to be included in the base TIA portal V17 for s7-1500 plc. How recent of a version do you need to access these? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Deserialize and little endian.
