What is error 0604:000137

For Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal specifically, download refers to the process of sending data from the PC (via TIA Portal) to the PLC (as well as Siemens VFDs and HMIs).

And, when you want to extract an existing project from a PLC to a PC (into a TIA Portal project), that is an upload.

That said, I assume the TIA Portal project for your s7-1200 PLC was an UPLOAD from the PLC.

Since this is TIA Portal V11 SP2 we are talking about, your hardware configuration had to be manually recreated, correct?  My recollection is that V11 SP2 did not fully upload hardware configurations.  I could be wrong, but that is what I recall.

If you (previously) attempt to download any hardware configuration to the PLC using the uploaded project, it may have caused certain hardware to quick functioning as expected and/or needed.

To fix that - if it is the case, you will need to check all the hardware devices wired to the various I/O points / modules.  Use the schematics to understand how the devices and their wiring connections to the PLC I/O terminals may require the hardware configuration to be set.

Please post your project, and if screenshots are posted, please attempt to translate important text to english, like the prior poster did for your posted image's message box text.

I need help.

While worked in a S7 1200 on TIA Portal V11 SP2 from nowhere it appeared a message error with code 0604:000137. I dont found what is.

Also, originally when download the project from the plc, the OB1 dont open and closed TIA Portal. I think what the block is damaged.

I need solution.
