Problem with uploading hardware configuration to S7-1200

The software (program) has been successfully sent. I can't enable RUN mode. Where can I find information about what doesn't match? The PLC model is definitely selected correctly. Processor 1214C DC/DC/DC (6ES7 214-1AG40-0XB0) Hardware 15 Firmware version 4.5.1 TIA-17 Error while uploading: "Loading of hardware configuration failed (0000). Please check the diagnostics buffer of the target hardware.,9/26/2024,2:47:41 PM" Thank you in advance for your help. I will add: The driver worked normally before. A bug has recently appeared: "Rack 0 / Slot 1 CPU error: Serious firmware exception (internal system code: 16#00829900 16#10020034 16#00000000) CPU changes to DEFECTIVE mode (system reaction)" I have reset and restored to factory settings (except for the IP address) Now the bug has disappeared but the hardware configuration cannot be uploaded. It's a bit strange, because I tried it yesterday too. Maybe the night without power helped ;-) Thanks for your help.
