Start PB is high, output is high but the Latching is not

 Hi,

Please find the logic as attachment. when the Start PB is high the output is high but the Latching is not. Why behave like this?

There is no error.

As a test, change the Q output from a regular coil to (s).  That way, you will see if the logic gets turned on for at least one scan.

It might be the HMI stop command is also getting turned on.

It might be that Q0.1 is used in multiple places.  It might be lots of things because you are new.

As another test, create an FC, name it Original_Logic or something like that.

Everything in OB1 except what you have shown in the posted image, move it to that FC.

Do not call the FC.  This way, the only logic in the PLC doing anything is that one network.

If this fixes the problem, you will have learned something, and will have a tool to help troubleshoot.

Thank you Enstein, I put the (R) for the "Sew_Enable_Button" and that makes the button nonfunctional. The button is ON when pressed and OFF when released just don`t understand why output coil doesn`t activate.

As you suggested, I put "ON" as Static. but when give On command forcing "Start_PB". the out put bit is high , and Latched bit is low. 

why?
