Eplan export from TIA Selection Tool

I've created a project in TIA Selection Tool and I'm trying to export to Eplan. When I go to the export screen the status is stuck at "In progress" and will not get to the point where I can download.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting laptop and it has had no effect. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Does it allow for export or saving as a configuration you can then open with the installable selection tool?  If so, it might correct any errors the local software tool might be making (without your ability to fix or influence because of some bug).
