TIA Portal - Closure anomaly after installing TIA 18 upd 4

After installing TIA 18 update 4, all other versions of Tia Portal (13 through 17) work correctly, but when closing the project this attached pop-up appears. The project is saved and closed correctly, but the crash warning continues to appear. Projects in TIA 18 on the other hand are closed without this pop-up appearing. It happens on both local pc and virtual machine. The only way to make this behavior disappear, is to return the machine to the state before installing TIA 18 update 4 version. Any recommendations?
