Meltz Joined: 4/25/2024 Last visit: 6/30/2025 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello everyone! I got to change my TIA v 16 license, offline transfer, but I did something wrong, or am I missing a step? Here is how it went: 1. I received 2 files: AutoLMList1.aut and AutoLMList2.aut 2. Opened the Automation License Manager, License Key tab, License Key Offline Transfer Option 3. In the License Key Offline Transfer Option, selected "Generetade Request Code" and used the AutoLMList1 file. Got this: 4. Also, it did generate a file called AutoLMList3.aut, which I did nothing, should I have sent it back to the person who generated the AutoLMList1.aut and AutoLMList2.aut? 5. The AutoLMList2.aut file had the same exact products as the AutoLMList1 file, when tried the same process with AutoLMList2.aut got an error. 6. Opened the TIA V 16 Portal, tried to use and still got a message 7. Last but not least, got this ammount of updateds to isntall but I dont know if I should because I need to run this specif version that works with my computer and with PLCSIM ALSO: Getting way to many pages loaded with this error in the forum "Internal Server Error". Earlier in the year I was having no problems at all and I have no idea where to post about it. Is it because of the new login system?

Still, you may find the following information helpful: "Automation License Manager: Overview of the offline transfer of license keys" In this link to the ALM manual you can find the step by step procedure on how to do an offline transfer. If you check this documentation, you may find out if you are doing something incorrectly. I hope it can help you. Best regards!
