TIA V18 installation setup file failed and application crashed

Dear Experts, Please review the photos and crash file attached. After installing Tia v18 on my notebook and using it for more than seven months, all of a sudden one day when I tried to open the application, it was generating crash files and wasn't even inside the project directory. I tried removing all of the packages and reinstalling the setup file, but I was unable to resolve the problem. Moreover, I encountered the identical issue on installing update 4. In addition, I have attempted to check all of the Windows features and verified that.net 4.7 is enabled. So if you could kindly assist me in getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Hi! Are you running the base version of TIA Portal V18? Is the same with the latest update? Perhaps you should contact your support team. Software crashes usually generate a diagnostic file that they may be able to study.
