Diagnostic status error

Hi - if any one can help with this please?

S7 1500 connected to an ET200SP with and AI energy meter,

Tried adding device but this shows up and not sure how to fix this.? 

It was working before...

Uploaded an attachment with screenshots of the sequence of me trying to correct the issue..

The last one just go me baffled.

Since it's not reachable, let's go through the 4 most important steps.

1. Check that the devices in the HW config has 100% correct MLFB number.

2. Define the IP and device name for all devices in the HW config

3. Download the HW config to your PLC show in the attachment.

4. Assign the IP and Device name to all devices in the HW config.

After these steps, is the device still not reachable?
