Do you have the NTP server IP configured in the hardware configuration of your PLC? If so, you can review the PLC's diagnostics buffer to find the NTP time sync issue and possibly find out what is required to correct the problem. Is the NTP server in the same subnet as the PLC? If not, you need to configure the PLC networking to use a router and give it the IP of the correct router. Or, expand the subnet mask to include the IP of the NTP server (usually this is a very bad idea).
