Go back to the page where the library is available. Put into the user comment section what you are having trouble with. I am expecting that you should get a more direct answer closer to the design team. Else create a free service ticket. Use the "Support Request" web link on this page. This way you talk to Siemens directly instead (only) waiting for an answer from an equipment user volunteering his insight.
