I added autoreset which should reduce dms output to range 0-360 degrees, it seems that it measures angle in CW direction correctly, but if rotated in CCW direction below 0 pulses, PLC goes to Stop mode, and can be runned after encoder reading passes 0 impules position (passes encoder's upper reading value) only.
