HMI Button Graphic Error in TIA V16

Phyo Wai Oo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello Everyone, I had a problem that is when I choose *Button* icon to put in HMI(KTP400 Basic) program for on-off instruction,TIA V16 shows an error suddenly and I can't use anymore. What is the problem and how can I fix that? Other instruction is ok and nothing happens in TIA V16. Just *Button*! Please check the photo below. Attachment Report Error.jpg (632 Downloads)

You can also try to delte the IM-Folder of project like described in this entry: How do you delete the IM folder of your TIA project? Regards, Towome

Phyo Wai Oo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi Towome, Thanks for your reply. I deleted the IM folder in my project directory but still having the same issue. Only Button Graphic instruction I can't use. Otherwise, I copied the default Back Button in the screen and changed it as I want. Do I need to reinstall again TIA Wincc V16?

I face a similar problem when I add any HMI in TIA 16 this type of popup came and ask for a restart of TIA. I uninstall it and install it again, it took a whole day but in the end, it's working.
