315T-2DP: No supported CPU or defined device proxy data found in the selected source project

Hello.

In my case I get the message "No supported CPU or defined device proxy data found in the selected source project."

My CPU is a 315T-2DP with project made in Step7 V5.5, and I'm installing a new HMI KP700 Comfort with project made in TIA Portal V18.

I created the device proxy, and when I tried to initialize it I got the message above (underlined), but it happened only in the project with the 315T-2DP, all the other projects I tested updated correctly. I even tried to install the 315T-2DP GSD file in TIA Portal and I was unsuccessful with this situation.

Hello Pedro_Rodri!

I would recommend you to check your operating system's compatibility with STEP7 v5.5. Above all, because if you are using Windows 10 it is only compatible from version 5.6 onwards. I leave you the link to the compatibility tool in case it is helpful.
