Can't upload complete program

johannes261 Regular Member Joined: 3/18/2019 Last visit: 8/11/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have received a backup (TIA Portal 15.1) and a safety password from one of our suppliers because the supplier has gone bankrupt. When I go online, I see many differences in the code, but the safety is identical. However, when I try to synchronize my program via Compare > Offline/Online, I get the error (see attachment). In the safety settings, the option 'Enable consistent upload from F_CPU' is disabled. But the safety is identical, so I don’t understand why Siemens still wants to upload the safety program. What methods can I try to create a proper backup? Attachment cant upload.png (113 Downloads)

Additionally, the "enable consistent upload from F-CPU" must have been selected in the program, before the original program was downloaded to the CPU. Unfortunately, it is not possible to only download the regular blocks from the CPU, as everything in the CPU will need to be uploaded. Therefore, the original project will be required, in order to get the program blocks from the CPU, I have attached the fail-safe manual below for your information, page 92 has information on the requirements for uploading from an F-CPU.
