S7-1200 program upload error: Upload aborted while uploading from device

Hello Expert Team, 

I am facing such type programm upload issue on s7 1200 plc the model no. Plc is "1217C DC DC DC".

The PLC has programmed using TIA v15.1 verson & firmware of PLC is v4.4  ,  have  following issue during upload time

1. On my simatic PG laptop has TIA v15.1  that only show v4.3 firmware of mentioned plc. I have tried to find HSP file of v4.4 firmware for TIA 15.1 but unable to found it. 

2. Where i can find TIA 15.1 that support v4.4 firmware for mentioned PLc. 

3.  When  i am using  TIA 16 to upload programs from PLC is show error like " Could not determined type of module IKUSI profinet".

4. Other major issue is that we have a siemens HMI TP700 comfort. Someone had enter multiple time wrong password & Now unable to change some input data and we have no backup file of HMI & PLC so please suggest what can do? 

I have attached the error massage snap  kindly find it. 

I am newly in Siemens PLC please help me how to take upload/backup on that situation for both plc & hmi

3. Missing gsdml file.  Try to look in manufacturers website.

4. I don’t see how having plc program will help you with the password. As far as I know you cannot upload HMI panels. I don’t know if Siemens support can help if not the only option which I am aware of is to get project from the machine manufacturer and download project again to the hmi (consider uncheck option in runtime settings that is taking out permissions for user after 3x wrong password inputs).
