Safety porgram not consistent

PeterMortier Regular Member Joined: 5/26/2011 Last visit: 9/1/2025 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	When trying to download a normal block I get the error that "loading will not be performed because preconditions ar not met". It then says there is a problem with the safety program even though I did not change anything in the safety. The error is "The F-blocks will not be loaded because the safety program is not consistent" (see attachment). I did a "Compile - Sofware (rebuild all)" which I guess does a complete compilation of the software including the safety program. This compilation ends with 0 errors. Still I cannot download the program, giving the same error on the safety part. I have read some topics on this but never seen a solution... Hati Platinum Member Joined: 9/21/2012 Last visit: 12/27/2025 Posts: 4829 Rating: (512)	There has newer been an issue when i have used rebuild all in the compiler. Depends where you have made changes in your project, you might first need to recompile hardware and after that software.

HMedz Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Today I had the same problem, I archived the project and did the following: -Disable safety on the CPU. (All safety blocks will be deleted) -Rebuild all on hardware and software (lot of errors will come up because of missing variables and because the implementation of safety in the hardware config, which isn't allowed after disabling safety) -Activate safety again on the CPU. -Copy paste missing safety blocks into the project from your archive. -Create a new F-runtime group in Safety Administration. -Rebuild all hardware and software again and voila. For me there was probably something under water that went wrong with changes and the compiler...God knows best...
