Ip address of device cannot be changed

can you make  screen of the complete configuration dialog and not only a part of it?

Some devices are setup so the IP address is configured in the device and cannot be established by the PN master.  Many non-Siemens devices are like this.

However, if you use the project tree and expand it so you can see the "online access" section towards the bottom, you can view the available PN devices currently powered up and connected such that the PC can use network discovery to see them.

Once you can see them, you can assign the PN name and PN IP address from within TIA Portal so they match the device PN name/IP as configured in the project.

Some devices require a power cycle after this step before they fully accept new PN name and IP (my phrase, "fully accept", not an official profinet term).

Hello,

please can somebody let me know, why bi am not able to change IP address of some devices in tia portal? 

I am not working online and i have already changed IPs of all other devices, all devices are on same subnet and connected to same PLC.
