Open V11 project in V13

If you expand the width of the message column so you can read it all, what else does it say about preconditions not being met?

I believe you need to install V11 SP2, upload the project from the plc, save and then close it.  After that, open that saved project in V13 and upgrade to V13.

also i have the same problem as the attached photo 

when i try to upload the project of the machine by tia v13 , i already mak the device configuration exactly and going online with the cpu , but i dont know the reason 

note , the original project of the machine is edited by tia v11
