TIA V16,V17 crashes as soon as 1 OPCUA server interface added

We have appx 100 projects with 1214DC-DC-DC plc with fw 4.4++ and sw v16 and v17. They all have OPC-UA servers and transferring data to SCADA.

Last week I needed to download couple of ladder changes to 2y old project and every time I push download button TIA crashed. We thought it was VPN and spend lots of time on troubleshooting.

Now we know that all projects in V16 and V17 which contain at least 1 server interface table with 1 variable will crash at compilation and ofcause at download. If I remove the table, but leave OPC UA checkbox on, then compilation is ok and download is ok.

I did uninstall and install V16, I did dummy projects in V16 and 17 with empty plc and opc ua. Every time is the same result: you add 1  variable to the table, you cannot compile.
In longer term we multiply this problem by 100 working stations: we can not edit the code, but we can go online and monitor.

2 different PCs, 2 different people, one PC is in domain, one is just test PC
