PLCsim Advanced an error occurred while installing V4.0 SP1

I am running into the same issue here. I've followed to clear temp data, and also tried to run the installation from cmd. But it returned "Installation Failed" without no further info. 

I am in Windows 10.0.19045. Installing V4.0 was fine. Although, after restart, the app didn't open and gave a crash .dmp file. 

Then when installing V4.0 SP1, installation throw the same error AutoGen experienced. 

Installing V6.0 worked well and the app opens as normal. But unfortunately I can't use this version to connect to Process Simulate. So v4.0 is the only way forward. 

Is there anything I can check and debug?

1. Run CMD as Administrator

2. copy and paste the following command.

cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Siemens\PLCSIMADV\Drivers"

Siemens.Simatic.PlcSim.Advanced.DriverInstaller.exe install

3. Restart the computer after the installation is complete.

I resolved the issue using the above method, but installing it directly from the directory did not work properly.

If an error occurs when running the install command, check the relevant section again.
