Couldn't start PLCSIM V18

TIA work very well, but when I tried to start PLCSIM (via the shortcut on TIA or on the desktop) the launch screen appears and nothing happen. I have uninstalled the software and reinstall it, but nothing changes. I tried to launch with/without the update, and nothing changes. Need help please. Thank you.
