the question is, do you have enabled the automatic transfer in the settings?

then you will be able to transfer project or do a backup with prosave also if you do not get to the settings.

If not then check if you have a Button with StopRuntime systemfunction in your Project screens. this will also work to get to settings.

If not then you have locked you out of the panel...

Then you can only do a Reset to factory settings with USB recovery:

but of course you would need the TIA Portal project to load the project afterwards to the panel again...
