The module name you quote is for a DI-module, not a DQ. You probably have a F-DQ 8x24VDC/0.5A PP HF (6ES7 136-6DC00-0CA0). The light test is always enabled for this module. See also the manual, specifically section 4.2.2.6. If you want an F-DQ module where the light test can be disabled, you can use the F-DQ 4x24VDC/2A PM HF (6ES7 136-6DB00-0CA0).
