'License STEP7 Basic was not found'.

After I did it, I added license in License Manager (Added license using transfer, not copy). I added two licenses as before I restored PG, 'Step7 Proffesional Combo V13.0' and 'WinCC Advanced Combo V13.0'. When I start TiaPortal V13 everything is working fine. But when I start TiaPortal V15 and try to add new device this error popup 'License STEP7 Basic was not found'. Before restoring everything worked well TiaPortal V13 and TiaPortal V15 whit same two licenses as I added after restore. Can anyone help me with this problem? I'm new to this forum, I hope this is the right place to ask. I have a problem too with my license. The exact error message shows on my screen. I'm using what I think is the STEP7 Professional, as the photo attached suggests, and now whenever I try to add a new device, or explore my previous works' main block the same pop up error appears. Take note that I didn't even touch anything reletad to licenses, the only thing i did prior to this problem was adding a project from another computer with other "configurations", as I always did in the past, this is the first time this happened and I don't know this might be relevant but weeks before this I wasn't able to interact like I used too with tia v19 and I just had to select the STEP7 Professional option when a pop up appeared, which now doesn't. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from When starting TiaPortal V15 and try to add new device error appear: 'License STEP7 Basic was not found'. . It is likely that during this time you have been working with the Step 7 Trial license. I share a link to the ALM manual so you can know what each symbol that may appear means in terms of license status. - Status Icons in the Automation License Manager

rvers_flash Joined: 4/20/2025 Last visit: 4/24/2025 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Thank to you two who answered my post, I just noticed that my license has expired, I was reluctant at first because I got my hands on this license, my first one, just last november, and since I got told my lecense would have lasted a whole year, I might have to talk to the person who has given me the license. In matters of the error message, the name is "Automation License Manager (0086:000300)". Since the error message pops up because of the expired license, there is no meaning in continuing investigating, but I will still attacht it under this post for good measures.
