Problem with SIMOCODE PRO

I have the following problem with the Simocode Pro: Every time the power in the factory goes down, once the power is recovered, we can't switch from auto to manual or from manual to auto on the PCS7 faceplate for many motors with Simocode (as shown in the attached image). We have to manually reset the 24 VDC of the Simocode, and then it works. In the factory, we have more than 100 motors with Simocode, so it's a big waste of time to do this every time the power goes off. Does anyone know how this problem can be solved? In the past, this didn't happen, and it doesn't happen with all the motors. Thanks! Attachment simocode fault.png (147 Downloads)
