KTP400 Comfort not loading

mar-acr Member Joined: 9/29/2015 Last visit: 6/5/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello I have a KTP400 comfort (6AV2 124-2DC01-0AX0) It was switched off for a few weeks and now will not load the program. It will not even get as far as the Start/Transfer Menu. The only thing on the screen is the grey grid and the words SIMATIC HMI. Is it possibe to reset/reload the progam or do I need a new unit?

In these cases, the first thing that is recommended is to try to make a factory settings to the panel in order to recover it.
