Issue with ET 200S Accessibility via SCALANCE W700 Wireless Network

I’m currently working on a wireless solution using SCALANCE W700 devices:

• Access Point (AP):6GK5 766-1GE00-7DA0
• Access Client (AC):6GK5 763-1AL00-3DA0

I can access the Access Point through its web-based interface, and the Access Client appears correctly in the AP’s client list. From the PLC side, all devices are reachable via ping. Specifically, when connected to the PLC (S7-400 CPU 414-3), I can successfully ping both the AC and the ET 200S module connected to it.

However, when I try to go online in the hardware configuration of SIMATIC Manager, the ET 200S is not visible.

If the ET 200S is connected directly to the PLC over wired communication, it works without issues.

Interestingly, I’ve also tested this setup with an S7-1500 CPU. In that case, communication seems to work even though the device connected to AC is technically not reachable, which indicates there might still be an underlying problem in the wireless scenario.

I’d appreciate any insights or recommendations on resolving this issue and ensuring consistent visibility of the ET 200S module when accessed via the wireless solution.
