Changes to the technology object cannot be downloaded with the controller in RUN

Guys sorry to get in the middle of the conversation, but my issue is related. I get this message BUT I AM NOT CHANGING ANYTHING in the technology object, for instance, I change a bit on a function - not even related to the technology object E.G. a sensor. 
Has anyone of you guys ever experienced this, and if so, how do I fix this?

Just to be cristal clear here, the message I get is a little different, but with the same meaning:
“Changes to the technology object cannot be downloaded with the controller in RUN”

But like I said, I am not doing any changes to the technology object

Thanks Daviso, but even after recompiling all hardware and software, putting the CPU to stop, downloading all hardware and software, powering off the drive, powering off the CPU, the issue persists. It looks like there is some kind of configuration (er even a software bug) which tricks the CPU into thinking there is a change in the technology object.

After all this, you change a non related contact from NO to NC and you cannot download in any mode without stopping the CPU, otherwise the message pops.

I believe this will need to climb to Siemens...

If anyone has another clue to this, please let me know.
