AutoGen_4891755 Joined: 4/26/2024 Last visit: 8/8/2025 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Good morning, I am having trouble exportin an alarm log from a TP1500 Comfort to an external device connected in the same network. I am creating an alarm log in the SD card of the panel, and then I would like to save it in an external folder of a device that is not a PC. I do not have a PC connected in this line and we can not install one. I have read that it is no longer possible to save an alarm log directly to a shared folder. I was wondering if it's possible to send this alarm log to the PLC and then via FTP to my device creating a FTP Server in it. However, I do not know if it's possible to send the alarm log to the PLC in the first place. Is there anyway to send the alarmlog to my device (pick data emanager pro ref:D30001 from Circutor) without having to install a PC in the line? Any workaround will work for me as long as I find a solution to store the alarmlog into this external device. Thank you!

AutoGen_6093430 Joined: 3/11/2025 Last visit: 9/3/2025 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	We are doing this with Option + Manager on PC/Server.( free download) we have a Schedule task on HMI which moves our audit files to SD/Download file every Hr. Option + then moves them automatically to the designated folder on the PC.
