TIA Administrator stuck on 70% with message "Analyzing update server..." with Crowdstrike

We are experiencing the same issues.
Do you also by any chance use Crowdstrike as your endpoint security solution?

Tia Administrator v3.05 continues to work without any problems.
v3.06 and v3.1 get stuck at “Analyzing Update Server.”
If you uninstall Crowdstrike, it works immediately.

Analysis in the Crowdstrike environment is proving difficult, so I would be interested to know whether your circumstances are similar and whether we are on the right track.

Split from TIA Administrator stuck on 70% with message "Analyzing update server...".

it does not seem to be a network/firewall related blockage.

We disabled the Firewall Module and set it to Monitoring Only but still no luck.
 

we were able to resolve the issue with crowdstrike support.
The Module "System management engine visibility" was blocking TIA Administrator.
We added an exception to the Siemens Installation Path for this specific module and its working now.
