I recently puchase one cp343 lean module for my project firmware version of that module is v2.1. But i am using step7 v5.4 sp3 in my catalog only i have the same module with firmware version v2.0. So what can i do for that?

See here: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/32599720 Secondly, because it is a CP, you must use the FW loader of NCM.
