S7 with SEW movitrac 31c and ABB ACS600

carioca Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Please, if someone knows something about the comunication betwen S7-400 and SEW movitrac 31c and ABB ACS 600 help me because I have some doubts about the correct GSD files for those drives. If someone has worked with S7-400 and SEW and ABB send me something. Thanks

umencho Grandmaster Joined: 3/21/2006 Last visit: 10/16/2025 Posts: 10239 Rating: (1183)	Hello, About SEW MOVITRAC 31 look at GSD files SEW-31XX.GSD for MOVITRAC® sizes 1..4 with option FFP31 + size 0 with integrated interface About installaion and necessaries settings use SEW-EURODRIVE: Dokumentationen & SoftwareMOVITRAC® 31C Perhaps following example could helps - S7 Sample project: "MOVILINK parameter channel" About ABB ACS600 - Depends what kind of Profibus adapter you have. So ABB drive could use NPBA-12 N-series Profibus adapter, RPBA-01 R-series Profibus adapter or FPBA-01 F-series Profibus adapter. And just put it in GOOGLE type of adapter and include also "GSD"...
