Memory card problem

Dear all

I amusing the following CPU, CPU414H ( Order Number: 6ES7 414-4HM14-0AB0) with the following memory card (Order Number: 6ES7 952-0KF00-0AA0). Wheni plug the memory card in the CPUi am getting internal error. Wheni try to download a hardware configuration of user program to the CPU we are getting failure messages.

Cananybody tell us what is the problem?

If you sure that the card is OK, I mean new one - perhaps this card cannot be used in the CPUs 41x-H. Look at http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/9984889
