Hi, I am using the CPU 417-4, PCS7 V6.0. The CPU Load & Work memories are 56% and 42% and the Scan cycle 2-13 ms. There is one FB 4022 in the CPU for reading the System Clock. I tried to open the FB online and immediately the PLC gone to The logic of the FB 4022 is attached with this thread. Can anybody help me in finding out 1) why the CPU is going to STOP mode? 2) How to solve this issue? Thanks in Advance. AttachmentFB 4022.zip (268 Downloads) |

Hello saravana kumar@VAES-Bangalore sounds like an "undocumented feature" (read firmware bug)to me, have a look at the link below to find more info on what has been fixed with which firmware for your 417 part number. Firmware Updates for S7-417-CPUs I hope this helps |
