miguel-on Advanced Member Joined: 12/19/2006 Last visit: 10/6/2025 Posts: 22 Rating: (2)	Hi all, I'm using Scout version 4.1 SP2 HF4 and the other day, when I opened a project, I lost the most of the available buttons in the toolbars. When I try to get to the menu "View --> Toolbars" I can only activate the "Standard" toolbar and two more, but the rest of toolbars are not present. Nor opening another projectneither rebooting the OS has solved the problem and here I ask if there's something more to be done but reinstalling the software (I would try first to install HF4, but if it is necessary to install the base version I would like to know). Thanks.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 1/12/2026 Posts: 22795 Rating: (3073)	Hello, please delete the files ACPPersi.dat, UESPersi.dat and UESUser.dat in the Path "C:\Program Files\Siemens\Step7\U7umc\data\wrkbnch". If you install the SW under another path as C:\Program Files\Siemens go to the path an then to the subdirectory and delete the files. Hope this help. Regards Christoph
