Problem with ODBC configuration during HW update

When I am trying to install HW updates I get a message that i have to close all Step 7 applications, which is normal.

Now when i say yes to this message I see a pop up Stating the applications which couldnt be closed & it include applications like googletoolbar.exe) & when i press ok I see a text file ( the image shown below )

I am unable to do HW update. Please help me.
