Ladder Editor Won't Open - V5.3 SP3

TechnoDude We can open Step 7, but when we try to open a block for editing in ladder, we get an error. 3) Can you create a block? Can you save, exit & reopen the block? 4) Did this happen after you've changed something in your machine, or was it always like that? 5) Can you do a system restore? 6) Did you try to uninstall/reinstall Step7? 7) Is this happening with LAD/STL/FBD editor, or with other components as well (e.g. HW Config)? Looks like you've got a corrupted installation. Hope this helps

CAN'T DO ANY OF THESE THINGS. 4) Did this happen after you've changed something in your machine, or was it always like that? UNSURE OF CAUSE 5) Can you do a system restore? NO 6) Did you try to uninstall/reinstall Step7? NOT YET, BUT WILL HAVE TO TRY THAT 7) Is this happening with LAD/STL/FBD editor, or with other components as well (e.g. HW Config)? ONLY LAD EDITOR THANKS!
