In Programming with STEP 7 V5.4which can also be found on your computer under C:\Program Files\Siemens\Documentation\English you will find under AAppendix: A.2.3.3 Local Data Stack A.2.3.4 Interrupt Stack A.2.3.5 Block Stack deepak.samal05 in which memory , this stack will be located load,work or main memory??? System memory. Please check A.2 Memory Areas of S7 CPUs in the same document. deepak.samal05 what is the use of stack while programming???? It depends on programmer and application. Youshould be aware of local data stack usage while programming. Sometimes you may find yourself obliged to use data block registers for indirect addressing usage. There must be more usage of stack while programmingand I leave this answer for programming experts. Best regards. H-H
