Dear member The Idea of Data registers may help you.The CPU has 2 data registers which keep the current active data block number {Global data block (DB register) and instant data block register(DI register)}. when you write [code]OPN DB1[/code] or [code] A DB1.DBX0.0[/code] The data block in the data block register will be DB1 until you open a new DB or use another global DB.In your codes as shown below,DB62 is active till next DB opened , so you access all DB62 elements by part addressing ,not full addressing. [code]A DB62.DBX 0.5 // full addressing O I 0.1 = DBX 0.5 // part addressing A DBX 0.5 NOT = DBX 0.4[/code] also check: Working with data block register Best regards |
