AndresRojasNieto Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Dear Srs In our company we have bought a SIEMENS PG with S7 one year ago. The PG came with license thatis a yellow floppy disk. Now, the software S7 is showing this message: “No valid license key found. Please install a valid license key ”. I tried opening the Automation License Software and opening the floppy disk but a message appear indicating "no valid license key found". Also, I can see in the Automation License Software and the licenses appear like "Trial version". I attached some picture to ilustrated. Why trial version?, If I bought the software with license, this is not supouse unlimited. Thanks and I appreciate your help. Attachment License2.jpg (129 Downloads)

Check that no one moved your license from the PG to any other station. If your license is gone then check with Siemens if they can send you another one. I had asimilar situation before with one of my customers andthey sent me another license. If Iremember well, they required the serial number and the dispatch note. Best regards. H-H
