different data structure in one DB

Can Any body please tell me how is it possible to make several data structures in one data block?

Thanks for your reply, but when I right click on " end_struct" of first structure to creat the next one, It shows only 2 options :
paste
declaration line before selection

and none of these two options make a new structure!

I tried to do what you say, but as I showed in the attached picture, I only have the possibility to add declaration line or paste the copied lines.

I thought maybe I have to group the rows which i want them to be in one structure or somthing like that, yes?

I did it , you know what was the point?
I was trying "struct" also but didn't specify a name for it, and without name it is impossible to make a structure.now that i gave it a name, I can go on and make a structure.
