TCP/IP communication between WinAc MP and WinCC

I am a folowing situation, we have installed a WinCC v7.0 - SCADA system at our customer. This SCADA communicate with 4 Siemens PLC (315dp, 317pndp...). Now the custumer want to connect 4 other equipment to this SCADA. On this equipments run WinAc MP. The supplier of this equipment sad that we can communicate with this equipment on TCP/IP. They give the address of the equipment and specificate the DB address of reqired data.

I want to connect to this WinAc MP stations with this IP address but i can't. I try to ping the stations, it works but the communication is not working. In our SCADA PC is not any CP card we use a normal network card. Is it possible that at WinAC MP side need more setting, or licence, or something to communication on TCP/IP. Or I have to change my configuration? Is there a simple methode to test te connection. WinCC chanel test show: No PLC connection.
